• Customer Data: Unify Team processes Customer Data (as defined in the Agreement) on behalf of Customer to provide the Services, including data related to team management, scheduling, and payments.

2. How We Use Information

Unify Team uses collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including team management, communication, and payment processing.
• Process payments and manage Customer accounts.
• Communicate with Customer and its users, including responding to support requests and sending service-related notifications.
• Monitor and analyze usage to enhance the Services and ensure compliance with the Agreement.
• Comply with legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from authorities.

3. Data Sharing

Unify Team does not sell or rent personal information. Unify Team may share information:

• With service providers (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors) who assist in delivering the Services, subject to confidentiality and data protection agreements
• With Customer's consent or at Customer's direction, such as sharing data with integrated third-party services.
• To comply with legal obligations, protect Unify Team's rights, or respond to legal processes (e.g., subpoenas).
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Security

• Unify Team implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information and Customer Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
• Despite these measures, no system is completely secure, and Unify Team cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

• Unify Team retains personal information and Customer Data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
• Upon termination of the Agreement, Unify Team will delete or return Customer Data as specified in the Agreement, subject to applicable law.

• To exercise these rights, users should contact Customer, who controls the data. Unify Team will assist Customer in responding to such requests as required by law.

• For transfers from the EU/EEA, Unify Team uses Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms to ensure adequate protection.
